Ivan. You are absolutely right about making useful stock clips available to editors who cannot afford commercial clips. And perhaps I was a little hasty in saying that I need to stop posting more time lapse clips. They are really handy for inserts or to set the mood for a piece. They also make good bridges. Thank you for complimenting me on them. Although I have been in and out of motion picture production since I was 18 (I'm 65 now. I know that because today is my birthday.)I've only been doing time lapse for a few months. I do it by hand -- no automatic exposure gadgets, and sometimes the picture jumps slightly or there is a bit of a flicker, but I try harder. I also want to try some other things -- all of which I have had to pay for in the past. Like you, I want to provide material that others CAN USE, and as much of it as possible. Since I'm retired, I have a lot of time on my hands. I'd rather die with my boots on than croak in a rocking chair. :-)

Alexis, don't pay any attention to this old dunderhead. Let and stock shots roll!!!!!

Happy Birthday ED. After many years of "working in video" I find that my involvement in the archive has given me more joy than I have gotten in years. I hope you get the same amount of enjoyment from it as I do. No matter where you post it, keep up the good work. Best wishes, Ivan
